Red Dog Roll Off Dumpsters provides roll-off dumpster rental services in Las Cruces, Dona Ana, and Mesilla. Dumpster sizes and rental periods are detailed on our website.
3. Rental Terms
Rental Period: Standard rental includes a two-week period. Additional days may incur extra charges.
Prohibited Materials: Hazardous materials such as gasoline, propane, pesticides, paint, ammunition, oils, and flammable substances are not allowed.
Weight Limits: Exceeding weight limits may result in additional fees.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Site Accessibility: Ensure the delivery site is accessible and free from obstacles.
Dumpster Loading: Do not overfill the dumpster beyond its capacity or load it with prohibited materials.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon ordering the dumpster. Additional charges incurred (e.g., for overages or prohibited materials) will be billed accordingly.
6. Limitation of Liability
Red Dog Roll Off Dumpsters is not liable for any damages to customer property resulting from the placement or use of the dumpster, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which we operate, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9. Messaging Overview
· Messaging Types – Users will only receive informational messages about services booked/reserved from us.
