Frequently Asked Questions

  • Pricing is determined by:

    • Dumpster size

    • Materials being put in the dumpster (heavier materials can increase costs)

    • Geography can also impact pricing due to city-specific fees, landfill costs, or even just the cost to provide service

  • Generally, dumpster permits are required if you’re placing your dumpster on a street, sidewalk, or public property. If you’re placing it on your business property or a privately owned space, you shouldn’t need a permit.

  • The base time frame includes 2 weeks of rental. Please call for extended rental pricing.

  • Find a flat area that has at least 3 feet of clearance around each side of the dumpster, at least 22 feet of unobstructed height, and 34 feet of unobstructed room in front for a service pickup. If a paved driveway is being used, consider covering the driveway or putting wood underneath your dumpster to reduce the risk of damage.

  • Homeowner's Associations may have restrictions. So, we recommend you check with your HOA before renting a roll-off dumpster.

  • Your roll off dumpster should sit on a flat, paved surface near your home or jobsite. If you're completing a residential project, your driveway is usually the best option. On construction sites, we should park your container in a designated waste area away from large equipment. Considering street placement? When you rent a dumpster from us, we'll help you pick a convenient delivery spot.

  • While we accept most debris types, there are certain materials you can never throw in a roll off dumpster. Prohibited items include car batteries, wet paint, household chemicals and hazardous waste. To learn more about items you can or can’t toss in our dumpster rentals, give us a call.

  • First, open your bin’s loading door and walk large and heavy items into your dumpster rental. Spread them throughout the bin to distribute their weight. Next, collect additional debris in a wheelbarrow and roll it through the door. Then, toss small and light objects in over the sides. Close and secure the loading door when you’re done working each day. Ready for pickup? Be sure all debris is below your roll off container’s fill line and nothing hangs over the sides. This helps you avoid extra fees.

  • Heavy debris can be disposed of in our dumpsters but we require the dumpster to be no more than half way filled with heavier than normal debris such as concrete rubble.

  • You will only be charged for the weight you dispose of. The weight of your debris will be shown on final invoice. For example, if you have 1,000 lbs. of trash, you will be charged $32.50 for disposal.
